(It is a moral story gained frm my experience)
My experience abt WIPRO BPO:
B4 round 1 i just infrmd my mom dat i wud come to home by 10:30 A.M den

Round 1:JAM session-askd every1 to choose a topic frm d 2 which he gave to us i.e;
... a.)presence of women in current society
b.)any moral story
The way i thought:
If it is abt women in a society,i got quiet a few examples in my mind out of which Princess Diana(dis character name played a vital role ) was one.Later i opted for moral story and continued with it.
Result:ok.not bad.Qualified

//break bi nehi diya beech mein for 2nd round so i cudn't call my mom
Round 2:Sudden twist its a GD followed by some spontaneous activity(yahi pe dimak ki bhathi bhuj gaya)

GD:topic for our team is to support that the working(emplyd) mother is a good care taker of her children

The way i thought:
Same name Princess Diana prevailed in my brain but i did not mention dat name any where and GD was continued followed by spontaneous activity.

Result:Kismat connection got selected some how.

//break for 30 minuts in which v need to fill d form n rest carried on wit deir lunch.I cald my mom n said i hav som wrk n i'l be late

Round 3:telephonic My Title for dis is: "Connection lag gaya"

After a long wait finally got my chance to speak with a lady named Lisa(from Wipro).Twist was dat she was busy n she askd to call some 1 else.
This was Mind blowing for me:next call was made to a lady named DIANA.I thought dat kismat lag gaya bcoz Diana ka naam aa gaya is baar kisi aur ke mooh se. But at d end she disconnected quite a few of dem and i was 1 among dem.

Result:Out(Clean bowled).outsourcing nunchi sourcing theesesaru.

Moral of d story:Jo naam pehle mooh mei aaya useh pehle hi fake dena spare ke liye nehi rakna.
